Privacy Policy: Effective: August 2007 Our Commitment To Privacy All information collected will only be used for the intended purposes of donations to the Will Davison Memorial Scholarship Fund. No personal information entrusted will be shared with any entity outside of this intended purpose. Your trust is of utmost importance to the Scholarship Fund. The Information We Collect: This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the Will Davison Memorial Scholarship Fund website. The types of personal information collected at this page is: Name Address Email address Phone number Credit/Debit Card Information (etc.) We use the information you provide about yourself when placing a donation only to complete the donation. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that donation. We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties. Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses. Refund Policy: Effective August 2007 Donations made to the Will Davison Memorial Scholarship Fund are non-refundable and considered property of the Scholarship Fund. There will be no refunds at anytime. Thank you for your donation!
